The Morgan Education Foundation has a variety of programs to support the goals of the Foundation and Morgan County School District students.

The Connections for Classrooms is the most pressing and ambitious current fundraising effort.  It will be carried out in 3 phases over a 5-year period in an effort to update and establish a system to stay technologically current in Morgan schools.  Read more…

Classroom Grants gives teachers the ability to fulfill needs within their individual classrooms and/or grades.  Teachers may apply for up to a $500 grant each year.  Grants are awarded based on available funds and academic need.  Read more…

Scholarships are awarded each year to several exemplary Morgan High graduates to assist in their pursuit of higher education.  Scholarships make up a large portion of the Morgan Education Foundation’s giving thanks to generous community support and a dedicated scholarship board.  It has been a model for other districts and high schools.  Read more…

Cashback for Kids seeks to establish a revenue stream from existing online or local shopping making it easy to contribute without additional revenue output.  By simply clicking on the online links before shopping, Morgan schools get about 4-8% returns (over $3,000 in FY 2014).  Utilizing local grocery stores with education programs is a great way to support our schools without additional financial commitment.  Unlike the other programs, this program does not have any tax incentive.  Read more…
